Thank you for the opportunity to voice our opinion on this proposed rule. We are in agreement for a policy, because there are many dishonest business practices going on, however, the prosposed policy in it's broad sweeping fashion will not only have negative effects on honest upright business practices, such as the Quixtar opportunity, but it'll do little for the actual dishonest person, they will continue regardless.... In the United States we are honored by the fact that we are a free Nation, and can still have an in home business and an opportunity to get ahead. This helps many of our citizens, and others that come to America to pursue the American Dream. Hard work and the American way are still echoed around the world, this proposal in it's current wording would cripple that. My families goal is to develope an honest income in this sort of industry and appreciate that our elected officials are keeping an eye on and guarding against abuse in this industry. Our Quixtar business is unique, in that, we can grow fast or slow, depending on the persons time allowance, and shouldn't be bogged down, with a seven day waiting period. With Quixtar,we also allow a 100% refund of their money if not satisfied. If a person is ambitious and wants to run with their business, they can..when we were registered, we were given very detailed information on what was required to make this business work, when we sponsor others we also provide this very same information. We believe it should not requie IBO references to be provided or disclosure of past litigations. This requirement would infringe on the privacy of every IBO whose name,address and phone number would be given out. We also believe it should not require financial records to be disclosed to prospects.... Our wsa 4400's disclosure's already provide this information. In our meetings, prospects are told this is not a get rich quick plan, it'll require hard work and ethics, we were also given this information before we got involved. Honesty and integrity are woven into every fabric of this Quixtar business, and are taught daily.
