To whom it may concern: I am writing to you concerning the proposed new rule for business opportunities. I feel the proposal would impose a hardship on me. I am a part-time independent Shaklee products distributor, and have been involved in my business since 1973. I began using the products, and liked them so much, I decided to offer them to family and friends. My husband is now on disability retirement, and I make a little extra money each month due to the group I have established and maintained over the years. It only cost $19.95 to become a Shaklee products distributor. This allows you to save money on products you use yourself and to offer the same opportunity to others. The extra book-keeping your proposal would require is something I do not need. Please do not penalize those of us who are simply trying to buy products at a reduced cost and offer that opportunity to others. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Nelda Swedlund
