Hi, I have been an Ibo for over 3 years, and my wife and I love the business and the opportunity. We have not made alot of money with business to date , but we are on track to and expect reach high levels in the near future ! I would like to start out and let you know that the business has provided us with invaluable knowledge about people and the art of dealing with people. We both were very negative thinking and had a great deal of changing to do before we could relate to people. The changes we have made through books, tapes, and seminars have been miraculous! People get started in this business at all levels mentally, thats why some grow faster than others. Unfortunately some people are not willing to change if they need to and quit before they ever learn success principals which are universal and vital to be successful in any business! The proposals would definetely slow down growth and discourage people from getting started. For example, we could'nt show a prospect a financial report showing our income in the business ,but we also could'nt show or explain how far we have had to come in mental growth to be able to build the business!!Also, I don't want someone from another team giving my address and phone number to a prospect so they can make adecision based on my success to this point. This definetly infringes on my privacy.Having to wait 7 days to register someone could cause all sorts of problems!Sometimes people have someone they know thats ready to get registered before they are, this helps them to make the decision to get started.Having to wait could discourage the whole group.Especially if they live three states away!!Timing can be vital in this business,so a seven day wait would definetely create problems and loss of income.I hope that my perspective will give some insight in the decision making process. This Quixtar business is simple and it's an incredible opportunity, but like any business it is not easy and it takes work,it does'nt need any more restrictions to complicate it,or make it any harder.THANKS
