The requirements for references and income details are an invasion of an individual's privacy. Why would the litigations be important? Does IBM, as an example, and other companies set out all litigations before they can establish a business relationship with another company? Is the FTC trying to destroy free enterprise which is the thing that makes America so great? I am glad that someone showed me the Quixtar business. I have learnt principles and values which I never learnt before. These have enriched my life in ways that make me a better person and therefore a better citizen.
