We have been Quixtar Independent Business Owners (IBO) for 2 years. Since this business concept was introduced into our lives we have been able to accomplish many personal goals. One of the biggest benefits that we have had is our marriage has become a lot stronger. We now have common goals and dreams and with the help of the mentoring and leadership training we receive from our team we are learning to work together to achieve them. Quixtar has been a very important part of our lives. When we register new people we are very clear that this is not a “get rich quick” scheme and that there is a lot of work. The audios that a new prospect receives from day one explain that there is a great deal of work to achieve success in anything. Also, there is a specific disclosure statement on the end of every audio that states there is no guarantee for success and that purchasing the audios is optional. Any money spent on registration, products, or education material has a 6 month money back guarantee. The registration form that we use has the currant average income of active IBOs. As IBO’s, we feel that providing new prospects with personal financial statements and the addresses and phone numbers of 10 other business owners is an invasion of privacy. Not to mention, any legitimate business owner in any industry, would have a hard time showing a positive net income during the first couple of years in business. Since Quixtar offers a 6 month money back guarantee we feel that is plenty of time for a new prospect to do any research about Quixtar. If the prospect is not fully satisfied they can get their money back which would eliminate the need for the seven day waiting period and having to provide any past fraud claims that have to do with Quixtar. We feel that Quixtar is a company with great integrity and always does what is in the best interest of there business owners. We appreciate the concern of the FTC to prevent dishonesty, but we feel that parts of the proposal will penalize the entire industry including the honest business opportunities. There must be exceptions to avoid this. Sincerely, Rocky and Angie Erb
