I've been an IBO Affiliated with Quixtar for over 4 years and during this time the relationship with the company and associates were of highest standard. I cherish the relationships and continue to move forward. This business is a people helping people business and is based on the philosophy of trust, belief and faith. The unlimited mentorship available through the system is invaluable. This is the purest form of free enterprise of which the economic system of USA is built and based upon. This business blends with my life style. I believe this is the only opportunity available to achieve my dreams and goals by providing a strong and substantial residual income. The personal growth that I achieved so far is incredible. When I registered as an IBO, I had enough information to make a decision. No one ever forced, convinced or cajoled me into making that decision. Winners need only enough information. I understood that this is not a get rich quick plan or something for nothing deal. This is an opportunity and there are no guarantees. What I learned is what I teach when registering people. In this age of digital race, 7 day waiting period is absurd, especially with a 100% money back guarantee. This is not going to help the prospect in any way. The only qualification to start this business is whether that person is open to create supplementary income or not. Imposing a 7 day waiting period is an attack on the free enterprise. This reminds me about some communist regime like China. The requirement to provide references is followed as a de facto standard. This is a business opportunity and some else’s success or failure has nothing to do with that of the prospect. Though to increase the belief level of the prospect we show the life style of successful IBOs and introduce to many of them personally. Contact details of all the immediate Uplines are also given to the prospect during sign up. There is no better references than this can be made available. There is also a risk factor that the prospect can signup with someone and that is not fair. To maintain privacy I don't want to give my contact information to some else’s prospect. The new IBO is personally introduced to all immediate Uplines and some few key leaders from other organization. There are functions where new IBOs and prospects get first hand experience and learn from other IBOs. This opportunity is a people and NOT a product business. The integrity and character of people are more important than the products and company itself. That is all I looked when I registered as an IBO. I was not interested in knowing how much litigation were there against Quixtar. I know there are many litigations and law suites against Microsoft. Yet I use their products and avail services along with millions of others people and businesses. As per the plan approved by FTC, we show the income potential at platinum and diamond levels. Also the average income of an IBO is printed in the brochure that is handed over to the prospect. This is a business opportunity with unlimited potential and not a job where there is a fixed salary. When I registered as an IBO I was not interested in knowing what my sponsor made through this opportunity. Many people register IBOs even before they make a cent. It is inappropriate for FTC to enforce IBOs to share their personal income for the same reason. Every time I went for an Interview my prospective boss didn't disclosed how much he made. Bottom line is this is a business with unlimited potential. People who don't conceive business has no legal, moral or ethical rights to curb the free enterprise by imposing inappropriate and unfair rules and regulations. I hereby request to withdraw all the proposed rules and regulation for the aforementioned reasons
