i feel this preposal has been sent as the result of a few, not of the masses. I feel that setting a time limit on when you can register is insane when you know that you want own a business there should be no wait time. If you want to own a mcdonalds there is no wait time you can just pay your fee and get started. why should it be different for this business. we teach people to be finacially independent. this nation was founded on free enterprise and now people are trying to hold this system back. the waiting period should not apply to the quixtar business as per if not satisfied the prospect can get their money back within six months. the need to give references i feel is not right as per it would impose the ibos whose name appears on that list, and present the oppurtunity for ten other people to sponsor the prospect. i may put in my time, effort and energy to another reap the reward from my labor. to give a name of ten other ibos in the area is not right to the sponsor due to the other ten people may not know as much and give misleading information. the prospect is given every oppurtunity to seek out information and to see what the team and we are all about. if public documentation that may not even be true should not be given out at the time of sponsoring. if this information is needed the information can be retrieved. the founded or unfounded lawsuits or other concerns are not involving every per ever associated with quixtar. where as we will follow the law and hurt our own businesses with false accustions, unlawful companies would simply ignore the law. to provide prospects with personal income statements would sevre no perpose except for the prospect to be able to use the money made the sponsor as a reference to their own ability to become profitable in this business. anyone can make more money that anyone esle in this business, a personal statement will only hold people back. we give every prospect the oppurtunity to learn and question anything they see or hear or even think of. every person has the oppurtunity to apply free will. not forced and only helped with what they would like to do. thank you for time and on a final thought from a personal stand point, when i was first introdued in this business i felt no presure and found only nice, kind and very loving people from the team i am a part of. i am a better and more positive person from their teaching and mentorship. i have found the man i want to be and found that there is more people just like me in the world. i have found my way to god and a close relationship with him. i know the last thought has no legal standing but to pass these changes would not be a good thing. you would be harming the people you have done no wrong. i have been shown by leadership from my team on how make sure that every prospect knows there is no obligation. this oppurtunity is the greatest oppurtunity i have ever seen. i ahve beena registered ibo for 17 months and through these i have people willing to help people even when there is no financial gain involved, which is rare in this day and age. thank you for you time and oppurtunity to voice my opion. christopher kopas
