As an Independent Business Owner(IBO), I want to express my opposition to the FTC proposal of 16 CFR Part 437. My 10 years experience with the Quixtar opportunity has been nothing but positive. I would like to see the following eliminated from the proposal: 1. Seven day waiting period (there is a 6 month money back quarantee) 2. Ten references 3.
