To whom it may concern: I have been an Independent Business Owner with the Quixtar business for a few years now. I feel that some of the new proposals that have been made through the FTC are unfair. I feel that some of these rules could hinder the development of my business. I feel that prospects that I meet with are supplied with plenty of information to make a quality decision on whether to become part of our business or not. Before anyone is ever registered we introduce them to many people who are all ready part of our business. I feel that the proposal of submitting ten references is unnecessary and would somewhat be an invasion of privacy to those who are referenced. I have had nothing but excellent experiences in dealing with the Quixtar corporation and anyone affiliated with them. I know that they have a 100% money back guarantee and I also inform prospects of the same thing. I have enjoyed many benefits of being affiliated with the Quixtar business other than just monetary benefits. All of my mentors and everyone that I have learned from teach great values and many valuable life lessons. I would be very disappointed if these proposals are followed through. I feel that they would infringe on the values that this country was founded on and would go against what free enterprise is all about. Myself and many, many others are hopeful in that you all will reconsider these proposals. Thank you, Chris Stells
