We have been with Quixtar from its inception. We have experienced great joy in doing the business. It is one of the best companies with a minimal start up of 70 Dollars plus an optional sample pack of 90 dollars with total money back guarantee for 6 months. We are Q12's in the company with great profitability. We were glad to see the opportunity as it is the best and the plan, which we show, clearly gives all the info one needs to start this business. We were told that there was work involved and it is not a get rich quick scheme. We do the same for the people joining our business. The Rules FTC is planning to implement is very negative for our growth in the business. Since we give 6 months money back guarantee, why should a prospect wait? We are giving all the info needed for them to get started. Why wait 7 days? Are you saying that they are incapable of making a decision and making a decision soon, shows that the prospect is stupid? When one can accept a job offer instantly why not a business opportunity? I thought this Country is for entrepreneurs and should encourage them, not making them going thru hoops and wait periods. The wait period will effect their growth as in that period we could have made their business grow. In our plan presentation the prospects meets many of the Business owners. So why do we have to provide a list of local IBO's? My prospect may join some one else due to some color or some other discrimination, is that right? Moreover, I do not want my address and info given to other people without my consent. They could use it in the wrong way and I live with a family, thy could harm me too. This violates my PRIVACY. I DO NOT WANT MY ADDRESS TO BE GIVEN TO ANYONE. Why does any one want a litigation list? As an employee, no employer tells the employee what litigation they have, why should a business owner have to do it. Does Microsoft or Wall Mart give a list of cases against or for them to a person who is doing business with them? Then why should we small home business owners ask to do that? It cripples us going forward, it affects our profitability and this effects my family and children, as I will have reduced income. I thought USA was free enterprise nation, putting this you are tying our hands and saying us to remain employees. In the plan we give info about the average IBO income, I think that should be enough. Why should I disclose other people’s income that is encroaching on their privacy? I do not want to share my earning with any body, we give an approximate figure of what we earn, but giving a statement of how much we earn is again intrusion of my income. This will make wrong people take advantage and US being a suing nation, I do not want any thing like that in my life. FTC should help people own and operate their own business, as this is the only nation, which believes in free enterprise. Please do not put a spoke in our lives and the info you all are asking to give, encroaches on my freedom. Can WE call US a democratic or a communist country? I hope FTC will do the right thing for the families and for the future generation for the betterment of USA. With Regards, Shankar and Mercy Byati
