I have been a IBO for about 1 year and 5 months. My wife and I are currently Silvers in the Quixtar business. This business in not just a business, it is a way of life. I am currently putting in the structure for emerald. When I was sponsored in the business I was given plenty of information to make a serious decision, And I also provide my prospects with the same materials. I make it a point to tell everyone I talk to about my business that it is not a "get rich quick" thing. Honestly I tell them that if anything I said even gives them the thought that it is a get rich quick thing then i would want them to walk away right now. I think that a seven day waiting period would Impact our businesses tremendiously for the worse, because the best time to get started is when you are at the top of your excitement level. If you had to wait seven days then alot of people would lose that excitement and cause more people to fail in the business, I think that if you need to wait seven days after getting started in the business that it would slow down the growth of people's businesses, therefore, more people would not want to be in our business. I think that would not allow new IBO's to make as much money as possible, and while this is not a get rich quick thing, you can make money in a condensed amount of time. When I sign people up, I show them the opportunity, If it makes sense then i set up an appointment to answer their questions. I also give them the liturature pack supplied by the company. I think that giving people other IBO's actual income statements would be and invasion of personal property. As well as giving any new prospect their addresses would also be a bad idea, because you really dont know who your talking to until you get to know them better and to give anyone the address to someone who is making good money through our business would not be safe for the addressee. I wish that I had more time to explain more however it is close to the deadline so i am going to have to stop.
