My wife and I agree that the proposed rules would create problems for our growing business.We don't egree with the seven day waiting period. We agree if the prospect is not satisfied he or she can get their money back.We don't agree that as IBO's we need to give references because it envades privacy.We agree that the need to disclose past litigation should be eliminated. If disclosures are needed , require a simple,standard ,easily understood disclosure such as "average monthly gross income for active IBO's."
