To whom it may concern, I would like to voic my opinion about the pending rule changes in the way prospects are informed and registerd into our Quixtar business. The prospective change requiering a list of 10 referrals of other business owners in the local area of the prospect, in my oppinion, would put a burded on current associates that would not be necessary. As an associate, the requirement of being on a list for prospects to call would cut into my schedule and hamper my productivity in a way that would not be healthy for my business. Also, by being in sales outside of my Quixtar business I have learned that most people understand that businesses, 98% of the time, will only give out referances that are good for there objective. That being said, the objective of the referance would be of no good. Now, with the pending change in delaying the registration of a prospect by 7 days. This would slow down and hamper the growth of our businesses. I do understand that by delaying this process, the FTC is trying to protect prospects by giving them time to do research on the business that they are considering joining. It has been my experiance that people, with the size and speed of the internet, are able to find out what the need to know in a matter of hours not days. In our Quixtar business, we give our prospects information on our business and have made available web sites that give info and answer questions that the prospect my have. The Quixtar business also offers a 100% money back garrentee on all registrations with in a 6 month window. This has been a huge comfort for some recent prospects that I have seen personally worked with. They realize that a company that offers this is a company that isn't in "it" for the short term $ or for the registration. I have also had several prospects that after a short time of being affeliated with our Quixtar business realize it was not for them and were able to get there money back, even after 30, 60, or 90 days. I do hope that you will take into consederation my coments and not change the rules in a way that would harm my families future. I am very excited about my futre with Quixtar and have been pleased with the integraty and honesty that they have presented in my 6 years of affelitaton with Quixtar. Thank you for you consederation, Jacob Bullard Quixtar Affiliate
