Dear commision,Spam is what is to the internet as accidents are what they are to the roads we have all over the world. No matter how you try to remove spam, it would always be there. But the question you should ask yourselves is what legacy are ou leaving for the younger generation. You are leaving a world without e-commerce, a world without posibilities.E-mail marketing is the only method that facilitates e-comerce.Tight e-mail marketing means little or know e-commerce.I as someone who is very very interested in computers and e-commerce especially would not have anything to look forward to when I go fully into e-commerce.Please as you make your reccomendations, remember the younger generation, your children , people like me all over the world your grand children and what the rest of the world would become as a result of this.Spam is indeed inevitable, but we can make it a safer world without too much spam.Thank you,Chris Hamman
