I feel that what is being attempted with this regualtion is laudable however, some of the rules will create impossible financial burdens on somemom and pop businesses like mine.You will be killing off the affiliate earning possiblities for many of the small business owners.It is difficult enough to make a decent living using the internet to market products without having the "impossible" burden of maintaining the exculsionarylists. I don't have the money or the technical ability nor the software that could meet the requirements of this proposal.Please keep in mind that many people affected by these rules will be damaged or put completely outof business and we are the taxpayers.
