I am glad that you want to curb the problem of unsolicited bulk email. The CAN-SPAM act Rulemaking Project R411008 will hurt people who are doing legitimate business on line.This ruling has the potential to put us out of business and increase more spam. Any list generated has the potential to get into the wrong hands.Please reconsider the possible effects of implementation of this act.Respectfully, Marva BrooksSan Jose CA USA
