Please stop this maddness. The target of this action are professional spammers who don't care what actions you propose. Only the legitment business person will be affected and that effect will be negative both for them and the consumer you attempting to protect. I am a consumer myself and I don't want this type of heavy handed government regulation restricting my access to free trade. You will only cause prices to increase when with the advancements in technology they should be decreasing. We the american people do not want to live in a police state. This is the best country on the planet to live in. Let's not let a few bad apples erode the access to free trade from the majority. We have enough laws in place to punish the offenders. Please use those laws alreary in existance through proper enforcement. We simply do not need to see more of our personal freedoms stolen from us by a lawless minority.
