I understand the SPAM problem and am glad you are doing something about it.Do not make it impossible for me to do business. If the Internet is the future, don't take away the tools I need. Go after the "big culprits" and allow the rest of us to make a living. Think about the ramifications of what you do. Don't produce a "knee jerk reaction" bill.
