I believe there should to be a site where people can send offending emails that do not comply with the regulations to show that the email(s), is/are not in compliance with the law of CAN-SPAM. And the subject line be very specific of what is being advertised and not having extra symbols,i.e., / } { or foreign language type set and it should also have the [ADV] at the beginning of the subject line to show it is an advertisement.
