To me it is most important that unsolicited e-mails be stopped and that when you opt out, they actually remove you from their list. Pls do establish a national "Do Not E-mail List" I do business via e-mail and the amount of spam I receive really detracts from my business productivity. If I don't want it, I should not have to receive it.
