I am a small business - and I have to screen through over 50 unsolicited spam emails daily, just to check for necessary and important information. It takes so long, and is a burden. I hope you can make the CAN-SPAM legislation as effective as the National Do Not Call Registry that went into effect last year. I was receiving as many as 10 calls a day - now I do not get any! Very effective. Thank you.
