Comments:
1. There should be incentives that make spamming and unsolicited email a burden to the sender for forwarder. 2. There should be a clearing house for reporting violaters of unsubscribing not working for email senders/forwarders. 3. Popups should be prohibited in all instances as spamming and unsolicited email.
