SPAM has to be stopped. The function and attractiveness of internet use has been negatively affected by the onslaught of SPAM. The 10-day-remove-time is too long to wait for an "removal" request; today's technology makes removing someone's e-mail address from a list bank no more difficult than hitting a few computer keys. 3 to 5 days to do so is more than enough time. Finally, I'm a reading specialist--you should know that your form is much too difficult for the average American to read and understand. National reading surveys prove, unfortunately, that our nations' adults, on the average, read only on the 5th grade level; that statistic applies even to our computer-literate adults. I have my master's degree in English, and even I had trouble deciphering the questions. I know most of my high school Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureat senior students couldn't interpret them, so I suspect that you're either going to discourage a lot of people from participating in this survey, or else you're going to get a lot of false data because people will misinterpret your questions and answers, and then answer inaccurately because of the survey language.
