D.(1) Currently most of the spam is from anonymous sources. That should be an aggravated violation with stiff penalties. Pornographic spam should also be an aggravated violation with stiff penalties. From the time the Act went into effect, there has been more SPAM then ever. The Act has been useless, as far as we are concerned. *REDACTED PERSONAL INFORMATION*
