I feel my privacy "aggravatedly violated" each time I get unsolicited email (with ever changing sender names) which was obviously sent to 1000s of recipients. It should be relatively easy for an ISP to spot when the same content email is sent to over 500 or 1000 people (even under different names!) and stop it if it comes under the above defined SPAM category.
