Valid Email addresses (and computer IP addresses in the header) should be included on any Email, so that a mail server may block those that do not conform to the requirement or have been requested to be blocked by the receipant . I think all mail servers must verify the sender of email messages before it can transmit any Email messages (This may impose additional burdens on mail servers, so requirements should be carefully crafted).
