My SPAM has not decreased, in fact it has increased. I don't think it is legitimate businesses though. If I have opted out from such a business they have complied but there are too many "other" so called businesses that just switch their name or something else in the header. I'm not sure how a no SPAM registry could be controlled but if it works half as well as the telephone I am for it. As A 63 year old grandmother I get truly disgusted not only daily but several times a day when I am told I can enlarge my penis or please but some Viagra. I am the only one who uses my computer and don't visit porn sites so they must be getting their lists somewhere. I wish we could fine all of them and maybe lower the deficit because there are enough of them out there to accomplish that.
