There is a real simple method to eliminate smut e-mail and prevent children from viewing such material. It's easily filtered. Simply make mandatory for all adult related web sites or commerical business doing e-mail adv. to have a .xxx extension. By making them have .xxx extension, it would be easily filtered out. A no brainer.
