The simple and plain "bottom line" here is the "intent" of the Sender. The Commission should create regulations that are clear in defination to protect citizens and business from unwanted e-mail. Keeping in mind that, almost every day, technology is evolving in a manner that allows those who would seek to avoid obedience to the law a way to get around it. BE SMART!! Do an effective job at advancing and protecting the wonderful parts of e-mail, while providing absolute protection of privacy. Thank You.
