The implementation of a National Do Not Email Registry is an excellent idea and should cover any "loop holes" spammers could use to circumvent the law. Those who forward data about Can-Spam Act violations should receive some incentive to continue identifying companies and/or individuals who violate the law.The enforcement and effectiveness should be severe, swift and with no option for violators to circumvent consequences. The senders (individual and company) legal name, legitimate address, phone number, and purpose of email needs to be on the subject line of each email.
