The CAN-SPAM act has not reduced my unwanted email at all. I think the person identifing anyone that is violating the CAN-SPAM act should recieve part of the fine that is levied against the violator. Also the place to report violators should be advertised. I would like to see a do not send spam registry like the do not call registry. Also it should share the fines with the people who report violators. David Brien
