Comments:
1. Although I don't think a "do not e-mail" list could not be enforced, It sure would be worth a try. I receive numerous SPAM e-mails everyday and when I try to report them I am advised that the headers and other info is forged and there is no way to tell who sent it. 3. I have not seen a reduction in SPAM since the implementation of the CAN-SPAM act. 4. I find most SPAM contains forged headers and subject lines have no effect on the trash being sent.
