I don't understand this lingo and don't want to read it all but I do want to simply say that I don't want to get ANY emails EXCEPT from people I have given my email address to. That means friends, family, business contacts etc. NO SPAM, ZERO SPAM! On websites they could have a box to check IF I WANT THEM TO CONTACT ME ONLY. Thank you.
