all uninvited e-mail (spam) advertiseing a product or service or a promotion, should be banned, outlawed. all spyware and ad ware should be banned, outlawed. many companies use web beacons or web bugs in thier e-mail that will install on pcs so they can get IP numbers. ban the use of web bugs.
