The bill is un-enforceable, and I still get tons of spam on a weekly basis, as with the do not call list, if I do not know you, you have no business sending me email, it is a violation of my privacy to clog my inbox, or my fax machine for that matter, with comunications that I do not want. The anti spam act has not made any difference at all, I get 50 to 60 pieces of spam per day. The bill needs to be simple, to the point, and enforced, if it is to mean anything, or even work at all.
