Thus far, the Act has been absolutely USELESS! The amount of Spam I receive has increased exponentially since the implementation of the Act. The government has the resources to find violators and prosecute them and should be doing so. I would welcome, and use, software developed by the Government, and provided at no charge to the user, to automatically block and send information about Spam directly to the government for use in prosecution of the individuals that perpetuate Spam.
