The Act as it now exists is, for all practical purposes, worthless. My mailbox is jammed with 100 to 150 SPAM messages daily. I use the internet for business purposes, and the loss of my time and productivity is enormous. These "messages" are irritating and insulting, and the law should provide for harsh criminal punishment for the perpetrators. I consider this a violation of privacy, and it should not be allowed in any form.
