Most of the spam I am receiving is fradulent scams. What can be done about them. I would rather delet spam than ever have to pay to send emails. If a friend forward a commercial message, that is not a problem. I can ask the friend to stop. I object to email spam I cannot opt out of. Also, I do not know how to report "spam". I have reported fradulent emails in the past but have had no feedback.
