Some people would say that "this proposal is an interference to the general freedom of the internet". I disagree, as I'm of the firm belief that aunauthorized, uninvited "spam" is a worthless distraction. If it were possible to get a grip on this uninvited spam, the net will become more efficient; and this would also be a great service to the further development and better commerce for the legitimate providers on the net, as well as increase better commerce for the hard and software industry.
