a person can "opt out of 1 mailing list of spammers, only to be spammed by their ""business partners"" they just sell the names and addresses to others since they cant use them they sell them and make money anyway... there sould be a national DO NOT BOTHER ME WITH YOUR GARBAGE list, any violation should be punished severly!
