On the topic of the Subject line labeling, I can usually identify SPAM from the lack of phonetics in the subject line. I think that the Act should require commercial email to have properly spelled words clearly identifying it as a commercial advertisement and the product to catch phrase for the company. I also think the Act should enforce a rule that offensive words cannot be used in the subject line or the from line. The Act should also enforce a rule of offensive words spelled out in l33k speak, which is when letters of punctuation marks replace letters. For example: Hot girls that C[_]M just for you; or: She gets takes it up the A$$ from a dog. Thank you.
