Spam E-Mail sould be illegeal if it comes from an address that is a bogus address or other than which it was sent. Spam E-Mail should be illegeal when the user or company uses methods that use all possibilities of names and addresses to send messesages to other E-Mail accounts. E-Mail addresses should never be sold to a third party.
