It is long overdue for a National Do Not Email Registry. It would be nice to have some recourse actions if a company does not abide by the law for the consumer. I would also like to see some regulations pertaining to "POP-UP" ads. I am visiting one site, and click on an unknown link and am so bombarded with POP-UPs that I literally have to physically unplug my computer to get it to shut down.
