Comments:
The existing CAN-SPAM Act does not adequately protect my presonal and business emails, as it allows spammers to email me without my permission. I do not 'opt-in' to advertisements, and yet I am getting more advertisements per day. The act needs to be broadened to include those that go off-shore and mail from foreign accounts/servers.
