3. As California is doing, require "ADVERTISEMENT" to be in the header. (kind of like in newspaper and TV) D. Identifying additional “aggravated violations” The national CAN-SPAM database should include a field to indicate the age of the recipient. Using this age, the email should identify keywords in their email that could be validated against the 'age' field. (i.e., Some people to not want to receive inappropriate material for either theirselves nor their children).
