I belong to a breed specific dog message board, as well as a quilting message board. Often, we send pictures of our dogs and/or finished quilts to many of the members of the board. Is there something to ensure in the Act, that we won't be targeted as violators of spam by sending out a multiple e-mail such as that? I am also highly concerned about the extreme amount of porn e-mail I receive, as well as I know others receive too. In many cases of this porn e-mail, it is quite obvious in the subject line that it is porn e-mail. Is there anything in the Act to include this as spam?
