As usual the government has made something that could be very simple extremely difficult. After trying to understand the questions of this survey I gave up. I believe the email rules should be the same as the do not call list. Unless I give my approval I should not receive email Period. The kind of filth and garbage currently being sent through email is a disgrace to our soceity.
