I'm sure myself as well as many hundred of thousand others receive unsolicitated e-mails daily. As you are aware most of these are sent by paid spammers. I will receive the same message, usually for drugs or some pornographic site multiple of times on the same day. The worst thing you can do is to reply to their opt out option because all you do the is supply your e-mail address to them to sell to someone else. Tthe est option is do not spam list.
