D "Aggravated Violations" Some commercial emails do not have a place to opt-out or remove yourself from their list, some have a fake one that doesn't go anywhere,example: Medications etc. Also just because i go to a website to see what it is about,is no reason i should be plaqued with emails from all addresses associated with them.They are assuming to much.
