The consumer should not be bombarded with "pennis enlargement" and "x rated" trash if not asked for. We pay a service to receive our email, in most cases, and should not have to also buy a porn filter package to keep trash off our computers. This trash wastes alot of time, clogs our mailboxes causing them to fill up with garbage and some of our wanted email to bounce away because our mailboxes are full. We ought to be able to say NO to SPAM: NO TO PORN and NO to hackers deliberating trying to crash our computers...it has gotten to being afraid to open up attachments even friends send us for fear some fool has sent something into our computers via a friend's email. It costs us money for their crule jokes...they should have to pay for their damage to others...and not just pay fines to the goverment when finally caught or tracked down. This is deliberate, premeditated.
